A prominent innovator in the ultra high-end luxury real estate space, Nick Gannon has been developing unprecedented marketing campaigns and events in coastal Orange County since the early 2000s. As Marketing Director at McKown | Weinstein | Associates (MWA), Nick ensures that the leading firm’s luxe properties stand out from the competition and command top dollar in one of the nation’s most active and competitive markets. Thanks in part to his expertise and execution, MWA achieved a record-breaking year in 2017, recording more than $500 million in sales.
Over the years, Nick has collaborated with numerous elite brands, including Bentley, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Irvine Company, South Coast Plaza, Rolex, Sunseeker Yachts, and Vacheron-Constantin. In the print space, Nick helped launch bask Magazine, an affluent lifestyle publication produced by Surterre Properties. Prior to joining MWA, his marketing prowess landed him at HL Group, a PR agency in Los Angeles known for their work with luxury brands. Fusing his real estate and print experience, Nick also worked for the top-producing luxury real estate group in the world for five years running, a role that found him spearheading the launch of an exclusive internal publication.
Outside of real estate, Nick dedicates his time to local nonprofit organizations, including Project Hope Alliance in Costa Mesa, as well as fostering international contemporary art as a member of Contemporary@LACMA.
